Description of the apartment

On the lower floor of the apartment there is an entrance hall with a shoe rack and hangers with access to a balcony-terrace with seating. There is a separate lockable bedroom with an extra-large bed (230 x 200 cm), a single bed (90 x 200) and one pull-out bed (90 x 200) and a large wardrobe. There is a fully equipped kitchen - electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, sink, kettle, dishes and all cooking equipment. There is a living room with a dining table for 9 people, two couches and a children's corner equipped with toys. In the children's corner there is an 80 x 200 bed that can be used as an extra bed. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Upstairs there is a large room-studio with a glass front wall overlooking the garden lawn and the forest. In this room there is a double bed (180 x 200) and three single beds (90 x 200 cm). This room is not lockable (entrance by stairs from the living room).

In total there are 13 beds. 2 doubles and 4 singles, plus 5 extra beds. By agreement, the capacity can be increased in certain cases. (16 persons) A sofa bed converts into another double, the extra-large bed can sleep 3 in comfort (width 230 cm), and 2 more mattresses can be provided if necessary for a larger group. A baby cot is also available free of charge.

Outside there is a separate detached and fenced garden at the rear of the property with an outdoor seating area with natural fire pit and a barbecue grill. There is a very popular, fairy-tale tree house for children. In addition, we have a very pleasant surprise here for you and your children :) when you visit in the summer.

Parking is provided for three cars. Two cars inside the fenced property and one car outside in front of the gate.

PS: If our little dog runs up to you in the garden - don't panic. Her name is Bozenka and she is good natured and will not hurt anyone. You are also likely to meet our cat Standa. They are both very nice, peaceful and harmless creatures :)
